The Subscribing Organization and its Members use of the Webmaster for Hire services is limited only by their goals and imagination. However, in view of the wide range of things the Subscribing Organization and its Members can do with Webmaster for Hire services, the Subscribing Organization and its Members should be aware that there are certain activities which are expressly forbidden. The Subscribing Organization and its Members agree to follow this AUP, and acknowledge that Webmaster for Hire has the right to enforce this AUP in its sole discretion.

Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using this site or registering for the Webmaster for Hire Services, the Subscribing Organization and its Members signify consent to the Webmaster for Hire Privacy Policy. If the Subscribing Organization and its Members do not agree to this policy, please do not use our site or register for our services. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. The Subscribing Organization and its Members continued use of the Webmaster for Hire site following the posting of changes to these terms means you accept the changes. Before the Subscribing Organization and its Members use the Webmaster for Hire services to receive, upload, download, display or distribute any third party information or content which is protected by intellectual property laws, the Subscribing Organization and its Members shall have acquired the legal right to do so from the owner or authorized licensee of such information or content.

Network Resources
Violations of system and network security are prohibited. The Subscribing Organization and its Members may not misuse system resources including but not limited to employing posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space; permitting use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or auto-responders other than for the subscriber's own account; or resale of access to CGI script based tools installed on our servers, etc.

Storage Limitations
Fee-based storage space for is currently limited to 150MB, and it may be impossible to store some data due to space constraints. The Subscribing Organization and its Members agrees that Webmaster for Hire is not responsible or liable for any insufficient storage capacity or the deletion or failure to store data or information. Images
All images, graphics, and photos provided by Webmaster for Hire, are purchased and licensed from third-party stock photo agencies. The Subscribing Organization and its Members may not use the images, photos, and graphics anywhere else other than in the web site designs purchased. If the Subscribing Organization and its Members need higher resolution images for print work such as business cards or letterhead, The Subscribing Organization and its Members will need to license the image directly from the original vendor. Third Party Company and Products (Real and Fictitious)
Mention of third party companies and products on the Webmaster for Hire web site or in the ready-made websites is for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation. All third party products must be ordered directly from vendor, and all licenses and warranties, if any take place between the Subscribing Organization and its Members and the vendor. Persons and companies listed in the examples on the Webmaster for Hire Web site may be fictitious, and resemblance to existing persons and companies is purely coincidental.

Pricing and availability as set forth in the Webmaster for Hire Web site are subject to change without notice, and may not be available in all countries.

The Subscribing Organization and its Members are solely responsible for everything contained in their own sites and in their own directory and can be held legally liable for the contents of their the Subscribing Organization and its Members site.

The Subscribing Organization and its Members' Responsibilities
All site information, subscription information, personal information and other information stored, publicly posted or privately transmitted through the web site of the Subscribing Organization and its Members, the confidentiality and privacy of all of the same, and all uses of the ready-made web sites by the Subscribing Organization and its Members are their sole responsibility. Without limitation, and its Site Administrator(s) are responsible for monitoring the contents, use of and access to ready-made web sites and all such Information, and use of and access thereto by the Subscribing Organization and it's Members who are minors.

Neither Webmaster for Hire nor its partners, parent, affiliates or subsidiaries make any guarantee as to the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information on any Member site and are not responsible for any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information; any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained on our servers; or losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided by Webmaster for Hire.

Services and Reliability
Webmaster for Hire provides space for hosting ready-made web sites but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of this space or related services.

Browser Issues: All sites are created to work best in Internet Explorer. We have tested our products in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, FireFox and Opera but make no warranties that their performance will be identical in all browsers.

Web Design/Development Companies
If professional design or development individuals or companies are planning to use the Webmaster for Hire ready-made web sites for any third-party commercial entity, it is recommend to state clearly in advance (either on via website or web contract) that a ready-made site is being provided for any project in order to avoid possible legal disputes.

Technical Support
The ready-made web sites are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Subscribing Organization and its Members may not alter the appearance of the theme, template or any graphics except to add The Subscribing Organization and its Members own personal or business information on banners, buttons or backgrounds and to add The Subscribing Organization and its Members own content and graphics as necessary to the main content areas of the ready-made sites. Any modifications are at the sole risk of the user and Webmaster for Hire does not guarantee the performance of any ready-made site which has been altered or modified other than stated above. The Subscribing Organization and its Members are responsible for adding or editing your website's content to the ready-made web site. Free technical support will be limited to problems specifically associated with the ready-made sites in the original state of creation by Webmaster for Hire We do not have the resources to offer free scripting technical support.

Webmaster for Hire is not responsible for any deletion, alteration or loss of data due to network or system outages, file corruption, accidental deletion or any other reason.Webmaster for Hire makes no guarantees about server reliability, speed, or consistency and shall not be held liable for such.

The Subscribing Organization and its Members are responsible for regularly monitoring and creating backups of their own content and agree to use the Webmaster for Hire resources and infrastructure at The Subscribing Organization and its Members own risk.

Termination
Webmaster for Hire, in its sole discretion, may terminate, cancel, suspend, limit, discontinue, and/or deactivate (temporarily or permanently) all or any part of the Services, registration code, any username, password, any part or all of ready-made web sites, and/or 's and/or its Members' access to and use of any part or all of their personally identifiable information (collectively, "Personal Information"), Registration Information, account Information, the Services and/or the ready-made sites, and/or their rights under these Terms (all of the foregoing rights and actions to "Terminate" or a "Termination"), all at any time, with or without cause and for any reason, including without limitation if (a) Webmaster for Hire believes that or a Member has violated or is threatening to violate these Terms or other policy of Webmaster for Hire, its Third Party Providers or applicable law, has misused or is threatening to misuse the Services, or has conducted or is threatening to conduct any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, (b) Webmaster for Hire believes that or any of its Members has accessed or is attempting to access any part of the Services or Content without authorization, or ready-made sites, or Registration, account or Personal Information of any other The Subscribing Organization, (c) assigns its rights to the Services, or (d) Webmaster for Hire discontinues the Services or any part thereof for any reason.

A Termination described above may be made with or without notice and will be effective immediately. In the event of Termination, Webmaster for Hire may remove and/or permanently delete from its servers all of 's and its Members' Account Information, Registration Information and Personal Information and all backup copies, provided that Webmaster for Hire will first give notice of its intent to do so. Webmaster for Hire will provide a period of not more than 30 days to download and/or remove all the Account Information. This will be Webmaster for Hire's sole obligation following any Termination described above. At the expiration of such period, Webmaster for Hire may (but will not be required to) remove from its servers and/or permanently delete all such Information and/or all backup copies thereof, without further notice and without any liability of Webmaster for Hire to , its Members or any third party. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms to the contrary, if Webmaster for Hire reasonably believes that or any of its Members has violated or is threatening to violate applicable law or the provisions of Termination (b) or has conducted or is threatening to conduct any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, Webmaster for Hire may, without any notice, refer and/or its Members to appropriate law enforcement agencies, refuse to permit the Account Information to be downloaded and/or removed, and/or immediately remove and/or permanently delete the Account Information, Registration Information and/or Personal Information as otherwise provided herein. If a the Subscribing Organization or its Members are the subject of a Termination described in this section, they may not re-register for or continue to use the Services in any manner or for any reason. If wishes to terminate its ready-made site Account and use of the Services, its only recourse is to discontinue the use of the same.

Neither Webmaster for Hire nor its partners, parent, affiliates or subsidiaries make any warranty with respect to any content, information, services or products provided through or in conjunction with our service. Webmaster for Hire is also not liable to Members or any third party for any damage, direct or incidental, that could occur as Members use our services. Webmaster for Hire is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services sold or advertised through the Webmaster for Hire network of web sites, its affiliates or through the Member sites. Webmaster for Hire does not guarantee that its security procedures will prevent the loss of, alteration of, or improper access to your information.
